I very much enjoy Pan-Asian cuisine. Sushi works, too. I have been known to happily eat American food, though the portions are almost always intimidating. I generally like meat, but liver and veal are sick. Sticks of salami are appropriate on Sundays. Please keep the juices in your fridge stocked, and the cilantro to a minimum. Unless you are making salsa. That is the only dish in which I can tolerate that herb. Good presentation is important but unnecessary. However, I do dislike drinking out of plastic tumbler cups. Beware.
