Someone yesterday told me that Frege and Wittgenstein were villains. He said that they inflicted the most harm to the philosophical enterprise this century.

While I generally ignore such fanatical chauvinism, I could not help wondering what he thought of me, an heir of their lineage. Am I simply a victim of their villainy? A nomad led astray by my incontinence?
