I am afraid to report that I am beginning to lose my hearing. I experienced a consistent, recurring tinnitus all weekend. Not an ideal way to spend a weekend in Victoria, struggling to interpret simple utterances in environments with minimal noise.

The first thing I did when I came home was search for my black earbuds. They were calling me, pleading me to turn up the volume.
